Umbrage Patrol (Ten Million Pounds of Sludge)

Fag Cop isn't intended for your casual music listener. For those who aren't afraid of beer-soaked, garage-influenced punk that failed sensitivity training-and maybe even for those who like it despite not being in on the joke-Fag Cop may be a dream come true. Featuring former members of The Spread Eagles and "danger rock" ingenues Ike Turner Overdrive, Fag Cop continues in the tradition of broken noses, strewn hamburger meat, and balls-out revelry which marks its infrequent outings. We caught up with the band members on their front porch to chat about new recordings (including a 7" slated for release later this year), one member's time working and living in Finland, as well as who they're most interested in offending with their name. The band members' names are withheld at their request because "jeez, I don't know, the name of the band is FAG COP, and I'd probably like to get a job in the future."
